At Burnt Toast, we want you to love your order. We take great care in producing high-quality products and aim to ensure every item meets your expectations.

Custom-Designed Products

All custom-designed items are made to order based on your specific requirements. As such, these products are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

If your custom item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We kindly ask that you provide:

•Your order number

•A clear description of the issue

•Photographs showing the fault or damage

Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund if applicable.

Please note: We cannot accept returns for custom items due to change of mind, spelling errors provided at the time of order, or incorrect sizing if the item matches the specifications submitted.

Stock Products (Non-Custom Items)

If you’ve purchased a stock product (i.e. non-customized item), you are entitled to return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the item is:

•Unused

•In its original packaging

•In resalable condition

Return shipping costs for non-faulty stock items are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
